Can I personalise items?

Yes — selected Hoof & Hound pieces can be personalised. For personalised items, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability, options, and current turnaround times. This helps ensure we can create something just right for you before your order is submitted.

When will my order be delivered?

Dispatch times vary depending on whether your order includes personalised items. Estimated dispatch windows are shown at checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once personalisation has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Non-personalised items may be eligible for return in line with our returns policy. Due to the made-to-order nature of personalised items, these are non-returnable unless faulty. Full details can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.

I need my order for a specific date — can you help?

If your order is urgent, please drop us an email to hello@hoofandhound.co.uk and let us know. While we always aim to help where possible, we can't guarantee expedited production outside the stated turnaround times.
