UK Delivery

UK orders are delivered with a 48-hour tracked service. The delivery time shown (3 to 5 working days) reflects the total time from order placement to delivery, including processing time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, subject to stock availability and chosen shipping method.

Important Note

Even with the 48-hour tracked service, processing time applies. If an order is placed and you select the 48-hour option, you should still expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Live Shows and Events

We attend live shows and pop-up events occasionally. During these periods, processing times may be slower than usual due to high demand and on-site logistics.

If we are at a live show and processing times are affected, we will clearly communicate the expected delays on our site via the announcement bar on the top of our website and social media channels.. You may also receive an order confirmation that includes revised processing timelines if applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times do not include weekends or UK bank holidays unless stated otherwise.

Signature Requirements

Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery, particularly for larger orders.

Tracking

All UK orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hoofandhound.co. Changes are not be possible after dispatch.

International Shipping

If applicable, delivery times and costs for international orders are shown at checkout and may be subject to customs clearance times beyond our control.
